Michael T. Brady Michael T. Brady, Esq. is a long time resident of the town of South Kingstown. A former Narragansett police lieutenant, he left the Narragansett Police Department in 1987 and accepted the position as Chief of Police of the Charlestown Police Department. Upon his retirement from law enforcement, he began his legal career as an associate Trial Attorney with the law firm of Hamel, Waxler, Allen & Collins. A member of the Rhode Island, Connecticut and Federal Bars, he has broad experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, as well as Contract and Labor law matters. An experienced civil and criminal trial attorney, he regularly handles matters before the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, District Court and Superior Court.
